Apple Cider Vinegar
Is diluted with water and used as an antibacterial tonic. Start with the face that has just been washed. Next, mix 1 part ACV with 4 parts water in a clean bottle or container. Pour a small amount of the mixture on a cotton ball and gently rub it on the face once a day to condition the skin. Before using
on the face, perform a field test on the mixture on the back of the hand.
Start slow and order 12 copies a week. If your skin is well tolerated, you can use it every day.
Green Tea Bag
Green tea can soothe acne and kill the bacteria that cause acne. Take a green tea bag, heat the water as usual, and then dip the bag into the water to make tea. When finished, remove the bag and let it cool to room temperature. Then place the bag directly on your flower bud and leave it for 20 minutes. Do it once a day until your acne disappears.
The second option: Let the prepared green tea cool, soak it with a cloth, and then place the cloth on your face for 20 minutes.
Some studies have shown that topical application can help reduce acne.
You can also buy creams, lotions or gels containing 2% 3% green tea. Simply apply the product to the affected area twice a day.
Aloe Vera Gel
which is directly extracted from plants, is the best, but store-bought gels are also effective. If you have access to the aloe vera plant, carefully cut off a leaf, scoop out the gel with a clean spoon or fingers, and then apply the gel directly to the affected area.
